We are a couple of brothers from Nashville, TN.

We started Blimey Cow in the fall of 2005. Our first videos were uploaded to something called “Google Video” before Google bought YouTube. We created the Blimey Cow YouTube channel and moved our videos there in the summer of 2006.

We were inspired by movies like Napoleon Dynamite and TV shows like The Office. Low budget, deadpan comedy.

Our first videos were a mockumentary series called Brother Brother Time. We have kept the story active on the channel for nearly two decades and are currently in the middle of Season 3.

In 2012, one of our videos went viral and our channel blew up. A few very crazy years followed. We launched a couple of successful Kickstarter projects to fund a studio album for Jordan (which you can listen to here) as well as a podcast.

When the podcast launched in 2013, it was the number 1 podcast on iTunes for a whole day. That wasn’t quite as impressive back then as it would be now, but it was still really neat.

The podcast went on hiatus for several years, but we brought it back in video form in 2023. This is our main project now. At this time, it is available on YouTube, Rumble, and Odysee.

We are grateful to have weathered the storms as one of the “old channels” to have survived. Though the landscape has changed dramatically, we still love making videos as much now as we did back in 2005, so we keep doing it.

We have a wonderful supporter community that helps keep the dream alive! Our goal is to make the world a little less messy while encouraging people to think for themselves.
