Q: I support you annually and am in the middle of my “support year.” How do I make the switch?

A: There is just one extra step for you. Email me at joshjamestaylor@gmail.com and let me know you want to switch from Patreon support to TheCowmoonity.com. I will send you a personalized link that includes free access to the site for the remainder of your “year.”

Q: I don’t really use TheCowmoonity.com and mostly just enjoy the Patreon email updates. Will I get those if I switch?

A: Yes, you will receive a weekly email digest with relevant information, if you want it!

Q: I want to stay on Patreon. Can I just do that?

A: Yep. We will continue to send out updates for the things your support level includes (Things like Bonus Messyges, Christmas Cards, newsletters, etc). So if you just enjoy supporting us and getting those relevant email updates, you don’t have to change anything. With that said, we would LOVE to have you be a part of the new community we are beginning in 2024!

Q: I don’t like this. Can I get a refund?

A: If you are an annual member and don’t like this switch happening in the middle of your billing cycle, please let us know and we can issue you a refund for the remainder of your year. However, we really hope you’ll stick around, and we want to offer you free access to TheCowmoonity.com for the remainder of your subscription!
